As a young lad growing up in Brooklyn, NY during the late 70's, 80's, and 90's, I always connected to the comic book medium. One of the first books I owned was Secret Wars #1 from Marvel Comics...I was hooked and started to draw and collect comics. This passion has been with me in my 40's and now I sell comics on Whatnot and have built a great family within the comic book geekdom!

So, I came up with the idea of holding a meet-up and mini-conference to highlight areas of the industry and help people grow their connections and love the medium during this newfound renaissance!
